Just when you thought the Bush Administration couldn’t possibly shit on you any more than it has comes the news that the IRS is moving to allow the sale of your tax return.
But wait, there’s more. When published in the Federal Register back in December, the IRS referred to the rule as “not a significant regulatory action.”
