Looking at the question of the ideal tram fare, as posed by Sam Adams’ blog, it seems that the only way to avoid the City’s share of operating costs dramatically expanding in two years’ time is if no one rides the thing. Bad news, I guess, for anyone who wants to get inside Tootie and Blair on a regular basis.
