Most of these are not actually out of focus, but in-focus handheld exposures of one to two seconds taken while braced up against a wall at Doug Fir Lounge. Having tired of running low-light tests with my Nikon D50, I decided to play for awhile instead, and ended up with a series of photographs which looked the way The High Violets sound to me.
