It’s always nice to discover (rediscover?) that the editorial board of your state’s paper of record is comprised of illiterates with an age bias who, in their zeal to crack down on anything kids might be doing, manage to completely munge — if not intentionally confuse — what a flash mob is. Here’s a hint: The term is not a synonym for “any gathering of kids of which we don’t approve”. And anyway, if we’re going to play this game, clearly it’s the adults who are out of control.
