Get Your Polish On
It’s that singular time of year again, the one for which I wait in eager anticipation. Pierogi. Latke. Imported beer. Yes, the largest Polish Festival west of the Mississippi now is upon us, and (they say) “[c]hefs have ordered 15,000 pierogis for the two-day feast and imported 6,000 bottles of Polish beers and wines” for the event. All that remains is for me is to make sure my camera battery is charged.

My mouth is watering all the way here on the East Coast. Enjoy! You might want to buy a few pierogi and freeze them for yourself for Christmas Eve. I hope you’ll think of us while you savor them.
