One might suppose that this makes it official. The judicial system of the United States has abandoned the rule of law, and given its stamp of approval to the extra-legal framework sought by the GOPresidency, in which all it has to do is whisper the magic words — State Secrets — and its actions will not be reviewed by the courts. Period.
