How is this even a remotely legal thing for the Hillary Clinton campaign to be doing in Iowa?

I don’t know if it’s legal or not, but I think it’s valid to note that she was the only one (probably because she’s a woman and has “been there”) to recognize a need that caucus members who are mothers might have, and take the initiative to meet it.
I have no idea if that is legal or not as well, but I am oddly impressed that she (or someone in her camp) though of it. Guess it’s akin to parties giving voters rides to the polls on election day.
